Digital Products All sales on digital products (including e-books, recipe journals, and downloadable content) are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

Made-to-Order & Handcrafted Items Our handcrafted and made-to-order items (including linen pajama sets and teak charcuterie boards) are created specifically for you. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Print-on-Demand Items Custom-printed items (including aprons and similar products) are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or misprinted. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue.
